Gloucester Robinswood Hotel, BW Signature Collection, Gloucester

Overall, my stay at Hallmark Gloucester hotel and spa was quite enjoyable, especially with the spa treatments that were a highlight. The hotel had many charming aspects, including clean rooms and a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn't quite meet expectations, as the service during meals was slow and some food items were cold. On a positive note, the spa facilities were fantastic, and I would suggest this hotel for a relaxing getaway, just perhaps lower expectations for dining.

We recently enjoyed a stay at Hallmark Gloucester, and overall, it offered great value with a well-priced spa package. The facility has a lovely spa area where we felt relaxed, and we appreciated the friendly atmosphere created by the staff, especially Harriet's exceptional customer service. However, the dining experience could be improved, as there were some miscommunications during our meals, and the rooms had a few dated elements that detracted from the experience.
