"We were pleasantly surprised large pool with an undercurrent that takes you round bit like a lazy river effect small steam & sauna but more than adequate they had a large hot tub which could have been a bit hotter but didn't spoil our time we had a great 2 hrs."

The breakfast was great and evening meals were excellent. staff were friendly and helpful. It was a bonus! i appreciated that the hotel was tidy.

A Nice Stay, Comfort and Really good Service

efficient check-in professional service delicious meals

The check-in was smooth, and the service at the bar from Caitlin and Dee was professional. They ensured my mother, who needed extra assistance due to her age, received the perfect meal within her required time. Despite a large tour group , made the area busy, Caitlin answered all questions and accommodated my mother's dietary needs. There was a slight delay, but Caitlin kept me well-informed, and the meals were delicious.

The staff demonstrated really good care and attentiveness, meeting all requests with a smile. Special mention goes to Sharon in the dining room, who provided excellent service, showing genuine care. The reception staff were also very cute.

Really good Stay with Great Service

My room was very clean with comfortable beds. The staff greeted me with smiles and helped me . I enjoyed the hot food available at breakfast. The gym had great facilities for a morning workout.

I had to pay extra for parking which was a slight surprise.

The staff, Dean and Dee, were AMAZING and very helpful. Georgia, the event manager, gave ALL the information I needed. The venue is well-kept and very tidy! I had A LOT of space for a reasonable price.

The car parking was an unexpected extra charge.
